Terms of Purchase and delivery.

1.Direct delivery with our employee at the customer's address for the territory of Sofia and Varna, only for working weekdays.

a) SOFIA - free shipping address within the workday for goods in stock under the following conditions:

- Orders received to 13:00 in our office. (at load, requests received after 13:00. are proceeded on the next business day).

- The minimum total amount - 25.00 Euro and weight under 30 kg. For every additional kg we apply a fee of 1 BGN / kg.

b) VARNA - free shipping address within the workday for goods in stock under the following conditions:

- Orders received until 13:00 in our office. (at load, requests received after 13:00. are proceeded on the next business day).

- The minimum total amount - 15.00 Euro and weight under 30 kg. For every additional kg we apply a fee of 1 BGN / kg.

- Orders of less than 15.00 Euro (and less than 30 kg) - proceeded with free delivery within two weeks of receipt.

* In case that available items of one order are in different warehouses of the company, there is possibility that this order will be proceed within 24-48 hours instead within 24 hours. In these cases, there may be a delay in delivery for reasons beyond our control, caused by the courier service we use. This is most often the case for the month of December, when because of the coming festive days and the additional promotional actions, all couriers in Bulgaria are experiencing difficulties in their services, and this inevitably affects some of the deliveries made by us. Please excuse us for this rare occasions.

**Products labeled "on backorder" are subject to an additional order from the manufacturer or importer. As a result, the delivery time may increase significantly. This applies to cases where the item must be claimed to the manufacturer. When shipping from a local importer, the delivery period is increased by 1 to 3 days.

2. Delivery by 24 to 48 hours for goods available in stock. Terms:

a) free (at our expense only for Bulgaria) - in a single order value over 51.00 Euro(100 BGN) and weighing less than 20 kg. For every additional kg we apply a fee of 1 BGN / kg. Couriers we work with:

- Econt - Delivery type Office - Office.

- Speedy - delivery type Address - Address.

b) paid by the customer - upon request with a value below 51.00 Euro(100 BGN).

c) According to the new conditions of Speedy AD, delivery to the recipient's address on Saturdays via Speedy Express is suspended (Saturday only). Alternatively, you can use the delivery service to a courier office (Speedy Office). Additionally, if the direct address delivery is a necessity on a Saturday day, you can use the other couriers as an option. Please note that if a Speedy Express courier is selected when creating an order and the order is scheduled to be sent on a Friday, the shipment will be received at the first business day of the following week.

Cash on delivery for orders with free delivery - with couriers: Econt, D & D Express, Speedy. For orders with delivery paid by the customer and cash on delivery - could be done with courier of customer's choice.

 3. Payment of the ordered goods can be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery to the courier or to the person at the delivery that is our representative.

4. CUSTOMER ORDERS FROM COUNTRIES EXCEPT BULGARIA SHOULD MATCH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING A FREE DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT: 

a) Minimum total value of the items in the order - 630 BGN (or 322  Euro) 

b) Maximum weight - 45 kg. For every additional kg we apply a fee of 1 Euro / kg.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

* Upon finding of non-compliance of the goods with the confirmed order from us, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt of the consignment. "MIPIS" bears no responsibility for damage in transit with a courier goods.
