1. Conditions for purchase

 

Dear customers, please note that we as a licensed wholesaler of medical devices keep the Medicinal Devices Act in implementing the accepted orders. Therefore orders that include medical devices class I, II, IIa, IIb, III, which are applied intraorally or products with medium and high health risk will be processed only for authorized acc. to MDA art. 83 entities or individuals who generally speaking are dentists, dental technicians or doctors or medical facilities of other medical specialty. Please keep this in mind when submitting your requests. Happy shopping.

2. Terms

Deadlines for execution of the orders in the online shop are described in detail in the 'Delivery Terms' or are further specified for a particular item in the case of additional offers related to it.

Products labeled "on backorder" are subject to an additional order from the manufacturer or importer. As a result, the delivery time may increase significantly. This applies to events when the item must be ordered to producer. For items that need to be ordered from local importer the purchase will be delayed 1 to 3 days.

3.1. MIPIS Ltd. is a company with headquarters in Varna, j.k. Mladost, bl. 118 and address of activity in Bulgaria, Varna, 35 Patriarh Evtimiy Street, ground floor. Entry in the Commercial Register by decision №1001 / 01.02.2007 by the Varna District Court and VAT identification number: BG148085794.

3.2. MIPIS Ltd. administers the eMIPIS e-shop realized and hosted at www.shop.mipis.com.

4. Conditions for registration

To use the full functionality of the electronic commerce system, every customer has to register with their correct registration information and shipping address. Otherwise, the system will not be able to offer full functionality and is not responsible for non-compliance of the terms and / or supply prices, which apply to the establishment and confirmation of the order.

* We pay particular attention at this stage of our customers in the regions of Varna and Sofia. Please specify this in the 'Region/State' field during the registration of delivery address for you to use our free transportation option, if you correspond to the requiremets given in the 'Delivery Terms' section. Thank you in advance.

 
5. Orders proceeding 
 
For registered customers, creating and finalizing orders from the online store, are offered several options for delivery in accordance with the nature of the ordered items and the total order. In cases where the customer is charged an additional transport fee of execution, we offer four types of courier:

5.1. Delivery from our representative. (Transport fee is levied when the amount of the application is less than 30 BGN (for customers in Varna) and less than 50 BGN (for customers in Sofia), or the corresponding amount in Euro)

5.2. Delivery by courier optional upon payment by bankwire transfer.

5.3. Delivery by chosen courier when paying by cash, credit / debit card or Paypal account.

In the last two cases: Please indicate the correct way of delivery as the system is set so as to exclude subsequently the payment have not been selected in the choice of courier. (Preventive information for not repeating this step).

We would also like to inform our customers that the final implementation of the transport fee is complex amount calculated on the basis of all these conditions, that has been set by you in advance: payment method and selected courier. (According to the current rates of selected). 

6. Order cancelation

 As we all know, shopping online at the beginning is a little challenge to whether a product is right for us. Before we gain your trust and before you get to know our products, we guarantee you the opportunity to return your purchase if it is not what you have expected. Here are the conditions for this:

6.1. In the case of a completed and sent through the web site order, that is not yet invoiced from the warehouse and has not been sent by courier or our representative. There are two following possibilities:

6.1.1. The requested product (s) are physically available in stock. In this case, the order can be canceled at no extra cost and consequences for the customer by calling: 052/612123 or 052/601648 or email us at office@mipis.eu. In both cases, you only need to let us know and provide the order number before the order is sent.

6.1.2. The requested product (s) are not physically available in stock. These are products that are labeled as "backorder" on their product page, and some may require partial prepayment from the customer. When selecting and ordering such a product, the user may refuse the completed order only if the product has not yet been requested from the supplier / manufacturer. Otherwise, the customer's prepayment will not be refunded.

6.2. On a completed and sent order through the web site, which is invoiced from the warehouse and sent by courier.

  • A 7-day period in which to decide if you are satisfied with the purchase.
  • Just by e-mail or order history message-> details.
  • Courier costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer. The product should be in the form in which it was obtained (with its original packaging, with no traces of use, undamaged integrity, with all accompanying accessories and documents). If the product is visibly used, its packaging is deformed or is in a condition that makes it impossible to sell, the product will be returned to the customer at his expense.
  • The customer may request a refund of the monetary equivalent of the product or its replacement with another product (s). If the product is replaced, the customer is responsible for the newly incurred shipping costs.
  • Contact us before returning a product. Our online consultants will probably be able to help you solve the problem.

6.3. On a completed and sent order through the web site, which is invoiced from the warehouse and sent by our representative.

  • In the case that the order includes only products physically on stock (not labeled "backorder" at the time the order is finalized), only clients from Sofia and Varna can return and cancel their order at the moment of receipt from Our representative.
  • If the order has already been received by our agent, the customer may refuse the order under the conditions described in clause 6.2.
  • In cases where the order contains products that are physically not in stock (labeled "backorder" at the time of finalization), at the moment of receipt by our representative, the customer may only refuse the other products / items that Were physically available in stock while finalizing the order and return them directly to our agent. For the other products, MIPIS Ltd reserves the right not to accept their return, due to the fact that they have been requested / ordered at the express wish of the customer. In order to carry out the claimed denial of products, the client is required to assist in the correction of the accounting documents. If the order has already been received by our agent and the waiver is then initiated, the conditions for returning non-labeled as "backorder" products / items are described in section 6.2.

7. Jurisdiction in payment disputes.

 The Merchant Relations (MIPIS Ltd) - Customer (Online User), created by working with the eMIPIS online store at www.shop.mipis.com, are subject to Bulgarian legislation. Any disputes that arise between MIPIS Ltd (eMIPIS Online Shop) and Customers of the Company will be settled by mutual agreement. If the client does not agree with the opinion of MIPIS Ltd, he may refer the dispute to the Conciliation Committee on Payment Disputes at the Consumer Protection Commission for consideration. Unresolved disputes will be resolved before the competent Bulgarian courts in Varna Municipality.

8. Card payments.

Through the card payment service through the website www.shop.mipis.com, MIPIS Ltd. offers its users the opportunity to make online payments of amounts due for ordered goods / products via bank cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo.

Direct payments are made via the online payment system of BORICA AD, where the User has to enter card data (number, date of validity, 3-digit security code, etc.). The security of the card data is guaranteed by BORICA AD, which processes the payment.

If the User is registered by the card issuer bank as a cardholder in the Verification by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, the User must enter a supplementary password for authentication. The user provides card data and authentication data only on the online card payment page of BORICA AD and MIPIS Ltd. does not have access to the content of confidential data exchanged between the cardholder, BORICA AD and the bank.

The currency of payment with a bank card is BGN (BGN). If the cardholder's currency differs from the payment currency, the amount of the payment will be calculated on the respective exchange rate of the issuing bank.

All Cardholders who make Direct Payment through the website www.shop.mipis.com are subject to verification and authorization by the Issuing Bank. If the card issuer refuses to pay or for any reason does not authorize payment, the cardholder shall be informed thereof immediately. MIPIS Ltd. is not responsible for errors in Direct Payment due to incorrectly filled in by the User data.

The card issuing bank may charge a fee for each card operation. Additional information can be obtained from the card issuing bank.

For each successfully completed Direct Payment, the user receives a message from shop@mipis.com with details of the payment of the e-mail address recorded in the User's account in the eMIPIS online store.

In the event of a Direct payment dispute, the user - cardholder should contact the bank issuing the bank card, as MIPIS Ltd. undertakes to assist in resolving the case of the disputed payment. If the contest is found to be well founded, the amount of the well-founded payment is refunded by the bank servicing the online payments on the Internet to the user's card account or, if possible, the payment is canceled.

MIPIS Ltd. reserves the right to supplement or modify these General Terms and Conditions, and the amendments will enter into force only upon their prior announcement on the website www.shop.mipis.com.

9. Prices

 All prices included in the site are valid only at the moment of their publication. MIPIS Ltd. reserves the right to change them without notice at any time. All prices presented on the site are final for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and include any fees and taxes excluding the cost and tax for delivery, which are given extra.

10. Other

 MIPIS Ltd. is committed to providing the goods and products on the site as they are presented. Stocks and prices of the goods are valid only at the time of their submission and MIPIS Ltd. reserves the right to change them at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly check the terms of use of the site, price and availability information. Changes to this information take effect in the future and do not affect eMIPIS validated (completed) valid orders.

 MIPIS Ltd. is not responsible for non-execution of the order in cases where the customer has indicated incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate data in the user's address form, including when he has indicated incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious e-mail address or telephone number. It is the duty of the user to keep their username and password confidential. Access to site resources and online shop for unfair users (customers) will be blocked. Any dispute over the interpretation and implementation of these General Terms and Conditions will be settled by agreement. In the event of failure to do so, the dispute will be referred to the competent court in the municipality of Varna.
