Terms of shopping and delivery.

 
1. Direct delivery address on the territory of Sofia and Varna.

a) SOFIA - Free delivery address within the workday for goods in stock under the following conditions:

- Order registered(completed) until 13:00 on the online shop or in our office. (At load, requests received after 13:00. Are executed on the next working day).

- A minimum amount of order - 30.00 EUR. Maximum weight - 30 kg. For every kg over this value we apply a fee of 0,50 Cents / kg.

b) VARNA - Free delivery address within the workday for goods in stock under the following conditions:

- Order registered(completed) until 13:00 on the online shop or in our office. (At load, requests received after 13:00. Are executed on the next working day).

- A minimum amount of application - 20.00 EUR. Maximum weight - 30 kg. For every kg over this value we apply a fee of 0.50 Cents / kg.

- Requests of less than 20.00 EUR - performed with free delivery within two weeks of receipt.

* In case that available items of one order are in different warehouses of the company, there is possibility that this order will be proceed within 24-48 hours instead within 24 hours. Please excuse us for this rare occasions. 

2. Delivery by 24 to 48 hours for in stock goods. Conditions:

a) free (at our expense) - in a single request worth over 51.00 Euro (for Bulgaria only) and weighing less than 15 kg. For every kg over this value we apply a fee of 51 Cents / kg. Couriers we work with:

- Econt - delivery type Office - Office.

- Speedy - delivery type Address - Address.

- Transpress - delivery type Address - Address.


b) at the expense of the recipient - at the request of less than 51.00 Euro.

Shippment are proceeded by couriers: Econt Express, Speedy, Transpress.


3. Payment of ordered goods can be made by bank transfer, debit / credit card with Paypal account and cash on delivery to the courier or person of our representative(only for Bulgaria, Greece and Romania).

Please note the following condition for receipt of orders: Placed but not accepted or unconfirmed customer orders or ware are kept in storage for receiving (shipping) for a maximum period of 30 days. After this period the order(commodity) is considered unclaimed and is released as the order is canceled.

4. Customer orders from countries except Bulgaria should match the following conditions for granting a free delivery of the shipment:

a) Minimum total value of the items in the order - 358  Euro

b) Maximum weight - 45 kg. For every kg over this value we apply a fee of 1 Euro / kg.

 

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 * Upon finding of non-compliance of the goods with the confirmed order from us, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt of the consignment. "MIPIS" Ltd. is not responsible for damaged during transportation by courier goods.
