Multifunctional threaded handle for...

Made of stainless steel. Seating tip is screwed into the threaded handle to beat the abutment for the definitive connection to the implant. Suitable also for surgical tips. Supplied non-sterile, sterilise in the autoclave before use.

Positioner for depth indicator

Made of anodized aluminium. Designed to be used during the preparation of the implant site, it allows the right placement of the depth indicator on the drills. Supplied non sterile, sterilize in autoclave before use. Pack content: 1 positioner and 4 packs depth indicators (one for each diameter available).

Seating tip for abutments

Available in three shapes - straight, offset and flat. Made of medical grade 5 titanium. Designed to be screwed onto the threaded handle or the abutment beater. The flat tip is most suitable for the angled abutments. Suitable for all the abutments and healing caps.

Offset adapter for multifunctional handle

Made of stainless steel. By screwing it into the threaded handle, the execution of special surgical techniques is allowed in difficult access areas with sinus lift tips. Supplied non sterile. Sterilise in the autoclave before use.

Titanium ratchet

The ratchet is designed to be used with the tap to thread the implant site and being a two-way instrument, it may be utilized whether to screw in or unscrew implants. With circular revolution in 24 “releases”, this ratchet is a specific versatile device even in small spaces where a “reload” of the instrument is needed.

Handle for abutments

Available in thre sizes depending on the abutment connection diameter - D 3.3 mm, D 4.1 mm and D 4.8 mm. Made of medical grade 5 titanium. It is used for the milling of the abutment either in the laboratory or in the dental office.

Round bur, bone cutter

Designed to mark the cortical bone for the subsequent drills. Diameter Ø1,9 mm, length 34 mm.

Pilot drill D2,2 mm

Available in two length sizes - 33 and 39 mm. Indicated to drill the implant site. The 5 depth marks on the drill corresponding to the implant lengths (6,5-8-10-12-14 mm) enable the clinician to reach the relevant depth. Max speed: 800 rpm.

Twist drill for implant

Available in two different lengths - 33 and 39 mm, also in 3 diameter sizes (for each size implant) - Ø 2.8 ; Ø 3.5 and Ø 4.2 mm. The 5 depth marks on the drill corresponding to the implant lengths (6,5-8-10-12-14 mm) enable the clinician to reach the relevant depth.  

Countersink for implant

Available in three sizes depending on the implant intended for - D3.3 mm, D 4.1 mm and D 4.8 mm. Supplied non sterile. Sterilize in autoclave before use. Suitable to shape the osteotomy for the implant neck at the end of the surgical sequence. Rubber depth indicator - pack of 10 pcs.

Available in four colors for four different diameter sizes - blue (ø 2,2mm), green (ø 2,8mm), yellow (ø 3,5 mm) and red (ø 4,2 mm). The elastomer ringlets are to be applied on the drill to visualize better drilling depth. Supplied non sterile, sterilize in autoclave before use.

Pilot drill for short implant 6,5 mm...

Available in three steps (diameters) for choice - 2,2 mm, 2,8 mm and 3,5 mm. With integrated depth stop at 6.5 mm. The 3,5 mm twist drill has got the crestal countersink integrated. These drills are used in progression to allow the widening of the implant site up to the LEONE 6.5 short implant diameter.

TAP for Leone implants

Available in three diameter sizes depending on the intended implant - D 3.3 mm, D4.1 mm and D 4.8 mm, as also two length sizes - short 21 and long 28 mm. Made of stainless steel. Designed for the preparation of the implant site with high bone density. The elastomer ring on the octagonal basis allows the connection with the instruments.

Hand screwdriver for implant, big

Made of medical grade 5 titanium. Designed for use with the tap to create a thread in the implant site and afterwards to screw the implant into the bone. It fits over the tap or the implant carrier and it can be used with the specially provided extension. With a hole for the placement of a safety leash. Supplied non sterile.
